Using SKYVERSE
SKYVERSE helps you explore the night sky and astrology. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or access other people's data.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Some features need an account, and paid plans may be introduced. We'll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.
Cosmic Community
- Community features are for people aged 16 and over.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, scams or sharing other people's private information.
- You own what you post, and you let us show it to the people you share it with.
- Take care when meeting people from meetups — meet in public places and tell someone where you're going.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Use Report to tell us about problems.
Astronomy and safety
Sky positions, events and forecasts are calculated from published data and are as accurate as we can make them, but can't be guaranteed — forecasts like aurora and weather can change. Never look at the Sun without proper solar filters. Stay aware of your surroundings when stargazing.
Astrology
Astrology content is for reflection and entertainment. It is not scientific and is not advice about health, money, relationships or other decisions.
Images and data
Images and catalogues come from their credited sources and remain under their own licences.
Liability
SKYVERSE is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that can't be excluded.
